In 2012, possessing a magical recipe for decadent, buttery toffee and a steadfast belief in the enduring delight of boutique shopping, two spirited friends welcomed their first customers to Scamps Toffee’s shop, located in the idyllic village of Ligonier, Pennsylvania. From the start, Scamps’ confections generated an overwhelmingly enthusiastic following and we soon found ourselves outgrowing our charming, pocket-sized store. In 2019, Scamps excitedly packed our toffee truck and rolled down the street to a new location that beautifully accommodates our sweet dreams.

Under the skillful design eye of now exclusive owner, Amy Hepler, Scamps expanded—catching the fancy of toffee lovers across the map. Never losing sight of our core commitment to small batch toffee-making, Scamps uses only the highest quality ingredients. From the beginning, Scamps has complemented our delectable toffee with nothing but the finest Swiss and Belgian chocolates balanced by the earthen silkiness of California walnuts. Over time our products have blossomed to include a dreamy collection of chocolate barks and toppings—all wrapped up with our iconic orange bows.

In 2025, a new chapter began when Justin and Emily Korns, drawn to the irresistible charm of Scamps Toffee, proudly became its new owners. Justin and Emily have an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for preserving what makes Scamps so uniquely wonderful.
