We can create custom boxes for you using your logo or design, or our in-house designer can create a memorable design that fits your brand and style.
$50 one time set-up fee for custom labels plus $75 per 100 labels.
$0.75 per box for any custom label you would like us to attach.
Choose from 21 different color ribbons to match your brand color. We also can customize ribbons for a fee.
The above color ribbons are included at no extra cost with the Scamps Toffee logo.

The message you send along with a gift is just as important. Choose from 1 of our many card front options, supply your own, or work with our in-house team to create a custom design.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What do I need to know about shipping?
SHIPPING METHOD: We ship via UPS. Current shipping rates apply.
Shipping delays are expected during the holiday season, order early.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
To ensure products arrive in the best conditions, we will add insulated packaging and ice packs for an additional fee at our discretion.
TRACKING
Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address associated with your client profile.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship at this time to international locations.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
There will be a $20.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier in order to ensure proper delivery of the package. Scamps Toffee will not accept responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses. The $20.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Scamps Toffee will not issue a refund for packages refused by the recipient, because of incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Is there a discount for large orders?
DISCOUNT BY VOLUME
For customers that utilize our full shipping to individual recipients, savings will apply to the following total volumes of confectioneries purchased before shipping and special services.

Is there a word limit to card messages?
Due to the size of our cards, there is a limit of 200 characters. If you have a message longer than 200 characters, you are welcome to use your own cards.
When should I place an order for the holidays?
If you're order has any customization, please contact Scamps Toffee 4 weeks prior to shipping your order. For ribbon customization, please add an additional week for ordering.
