SHIPPING INFORMATION
Scamps Toffee uses all-natural ingredients with no preservatives in its products. Due to the sensitivity of our products, Scamps Toffee has partnered with UPS as our preferred shipper offering different shipping options to ensure your package arrives fresh and not melted. During the ordering process Scamps monitors temperatures and transit times and will make the final decision as to how your package will ship.

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every attempt to send out your order as quickly as possible with a lead-time up to 7 days.

All orders placed by 12pm EST will be processed for shipping the same day. During cooler months (October-March) , we ship Monday - Thursday. If a destination is a distance where the package will sit in a UPS facility over the weekend, Scamps Toffee may hold the package until the next Monday to ensure product quality.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Please note, that 2 Day delivery orders place after 12pm on Wednesday or during weekend holidays will not be shipped until the following Monday.
To ship to a destination where temperatures are above 78 degrees, overnight shipping is required.
We are not able to ship in temperatures of 89+ degrees.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
There will be a $18.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier, UPS to ensure proper delivery of a package. Scamps Toffee, LLC. cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. The $18.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Scamps Toffee, LLC. will not issue refunds for packages that have been refused by the recipient or for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
