SHIPPING INFORMATION
Scamps Toffee uses all-natural ingredients with no preservatives in its products. Due to the sensitivity to our products, Scamps Toffee has partnered with UPS as our preferred shipper offering different shipping options to ensure your package arrives fresh and not melted. During the ordering process Scamps monitors temperatures and transit times and will make the final decision as to how your package will ship.
SHIPPING POLICY
We make every attempt to send out your order as quickly as possible with a lead-time up to 7 days.
All orders placed by 12pm EST will be processed for shipping the same day. (We only ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday during “Hot Weather” months)
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Please note, that 2 Day delivery orders place after 12pm on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
To ship to a destination where temperatures are above 90 degrees, overnight shipping is required.
We are not able to ship to temperatures of 95+ degrees.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
There will be a $18.00 fee assessed for any address corrections made by our carrier, UPS to ensure proper delivery of a package. Scamps Toffee, LLC. cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. The $18.00 fee will be charged to your original form of payment. Scamps Toffee, LLC. will not issue refunds for packages that have been refused by the recipient or for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
2ND DAY OVERNIGHT
The following states are required to use 2 Day Shipping:
AZ, CA, CO, FL, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY
HOT WEATHER SHIPPING
Our “Hot Weather” months are from April 21 – September 21.
Please note that because our products are perishable, we only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday during the warmer summer months so your chocolates do not sit in a hot truck or in a facility over the weekend. We reserve the rights to hold a package back and not ship till the following Monday due to temperatures in transit.
To ensure our products arrive in the best condition, we add insulated packaging and ice packs to your order for an additional cost of $4.00 per shipment. The $4.00 will be added at check-out.
Our insulated packaging lasts up to 2 days.
During the designated dates of “Hot Weather” months, we will only ship UPS ground rates to the following states (PA, OH, WV, NJ, DE, MD).
All other states must use 2 Day Air.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
Each recipient’s destination address requires a separate shipping charge calculated from the chart above. Please call our toll-free number, 877.848.6371, for assistance on volume orders and multiple addresses.
STORAGE INFORMATION
Scamps Toffee products are made with the finest and freshest ingredients with no added preservatives. We recommend you store your toffee and bark in the refrigerator or a cool place and avoid warm rooms, warm lights and/or sunlight. Scamps Toffee products have a 5 month shelf life. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
