About eight years ago when our youngest was still in a stroller, we were walking along in Ligonier and saw a charming orange sign tucked away off the street. To be honest, we thought it said ‘Coffee’ and stopped in to warm up. To our delight, the sign actually read ‘Toffee’, and that’s how we came to know Scamps. We accidentally walked into enjoying the best toffee we’d ever eaten. One taste, and you’re taken.® Scamps Toffee in our stockings became a Christmas tradition. A hostess gift. A special gift for teachers. And when we found out Amy, the owner, was ready to start her next adventure, we jumped at the opportunity to make Scamps Toffee an even bigger part of our family.
