Greetings from Justin and Emily Korns, the new owners of Scamps Toffee. About eight years ago when our youngest was still in a stroller, we were walking along in Ligonier and saw a charming orange sign tucked away off the street. To be honest, we thought it said ‘Coffee’ and stopped in to warm up. To our delight, the sign actually read ‘Toffee’, and that’s how we came to know Scamps.
