by Scamps Toffee |  | 2 comments

Not sure of what to do for mom this Mother's Day or looking to bake a delightful treat for your children this weekend? We've got you covered! There are few combinations more delectable than peanut butter and banana, and even fewer treats are more delicious than banana bread! So this week on Scamps Recipes, we've created an Arizona Bark peanut butter banana bread!

If you haven’t had the chance to taste our delicious Arizona Bark... my goodness... it's a blend of decadent peanut butter with smooth Swiss milk chocolate! YUM! It’s perfect by itself, but it’s fantastic in this week's Scamps Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

2 cups white sugar

4 eggs

6 bananas, mashed

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups all purpose flour

2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 cocoa powder

1 cup sour cream

1 package of Arizona bark

PREP: 10 min

COOK: 1 h

READY IN: 1h 10 min

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease two 9X5 inch loaf pans

2. In a large bowl, cream together margarine, sugar and eggs. Stir in bananas and vanilla. Sift in flour, baking soda and cocoa; mix well. Blend in sour cream. Pour butter into prepared pans. Finish off with evenly placing the Arizona bark on top!

3. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean!

4. Enjoy another one of our Scamps Recipes!

This is the best banana bread recipe ever!!!! I’ve been making this bread since the day you shared it and my family loves this banana bread. It freezes well if I have an extra loaf. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

This is perfect! Our neighbors let us use their dumpster rental for a few things we were throwing out and I’ve been wanting to say thank you by baking them a treat! This looks like an awesome recipe, thank you for sharing it!
